The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and National Coalition for Health Professional Edu
cation in Genetics’ (NCHPEG) jointly developed a free resource on genetics for dietetics professionals, Nutrition and Genetics: A Resource for Dietetic Educators and Practitioners. To access the information you can register and log in to view the course materials. There are four modules: Clinical Scenarios, Key Concepts, Tools for Practice, and Resources and Links. The section called Clinical Scenarios includes Celiac Disease and Cystic Fibrosis, as two of the four clinical scenarios. There is no charge for using this resource and once you register you can come back to use the resource as needed. You are not required to complete the course.
